At VM Trading, we handle every step ourselves – from cultivation at the source to careful processing and packaging. Every batch is inspected, so that only quality you can trust reaches you.

Where do your goods come from?

We operate as a family business with our own production at the source, personally overseeing the steps right up to sealing.

How is quality checked?

Our work on site is socially certified (SMETA 4-Pillar) and batches are tested in independent laboratories in Germany.

I suspect a quality issue. What information do you need?

Ideally: order number, product, BBE/batch, photos, and how you stored/used the product. This way, we can quickly understand what happened. (Traceability is an important part of our quality assurance.)

I would like a refund or a replacement.

You can do this directly via Amazon in the order. If you can't proceed there, please write to us – we will provide additional support.

The packaging is damaged / contents have leaked. What should I do?

Please take photos (outer carton, product, label, damage) and report it via Amazon. In parallel, you can send us the information – we will help with the documentation.

The item looks different than expected (colour, smell, consistency).

Natural raw materials can have slight variations. If you are unsure, please send us photos, best-before date/batch number and a brief description – we will check it with you.

How quickly will I get a response?

We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Including the information from the contact section (order number/batch/photos) will significantly speed things up.

How do I return an item?

Via Amazon: "My Orders" → "Return or Replace Items".

Please first use Amazon directly: "My Orders" → "Problem with order" / "Return or replace items".

In most cases, this is the fastest way to get a replacement or refund, as the purchase agreement and processing are handled by Amazon.

Product questions, quality, application

Feel free to write to us directly – we'll support you with information on correct use, storage, ingredients/origin, and quality questions. Our processes are designed for traceability and tested quality.

Where can I see the status of my delivery?

On Amazon under "My Orders". There you will find tracking, delivery date, and delivery address.

I have not received an order confirmation.

Please check your order overview on Amazon and the spam folder of your emails. If the order is not visible there, Amazon support can help you most quickly.

The complete ordering process (payment, shipping, delivery, returns/refunds) is handled by Amazon. We primarily help you with product questions, quality, application, and if you can't get further with Amazon.
